HTC TouchPro-2
The new and improved HTC Touch is one of the major players in the race to come out with a smart phone that is quite similar to the popular iPhone. Though the manufacturer would obviously deny the fact that it is patterned after the success of the iPhone, it incorporates some of the technological innovations that the iPhone pioneered. True to this, many prototypes and projected proposals were in the works when the iPhone was released, seemingly awaiting the response of the public to the many innovative but untested technologies Mr. Dobbs was set to reveal to the world.
The iPhone was released and soon after, people who held their breath turned their worry into hurried production of their versions of the popular iPhone that spans the globe and from almost manufacturers. Catering more to the public rather than enterprise users, it has ruled the smart phone market since it was launched and even after many mistakes, it still rules as one of the most desired gadget all over the globe. The iPhone, now in it’s 3rd Generation with the recently released iPhone 3GS, hailed as the fastest iPhone ever(they should know, they made the darned thing).
